This is yet another chance for TOPC members to gain considerable rank within the club.
Every thread under the PHYSICS category of TOPC, except the Miscellaneous thread, has its own user-group. TOPC members who actively take part in the discussions of a certain thread may opt to become members of the user-group of that thread. Any user-group originally has the forum-owner as its moderator; if this is the case, members who are interested in taking up the reigns as moderator of that user-group, may write to the forum-owner. However, if a user-group already has a moderator, the post of moderator is - most obviously - filled, and no requests for the posts may be sent till - due to some reason - the post falls vacant again.

All moderators of user-groups will gain access to a secretive group exclusively for user-group moderators, called Moderators' special.

*Club secretary board members and Club-Elites board members may NOT become moderators of any user-group
*User-group moderators who wish to become Club secretary board members and Club-Elites board members must be ready to renounce the title of user-group moderator, access to the Moderators' special group, and any such elements related specially to user-group moderators.
